Both my husband (Richard) and I are Realtors. We have been in the business world for over 30 years and have owned several successful business. We also own an alpaca farm, we enjoy working with these animals. We have 5 kids, 6 grandchildren and as of this year we have become great grandparents. It's true what they say about becoming grandparents.........it is wonderful! My husband and I love to travel and would like to more someday. We have a PT Cruiser and belong to some clubs that cruise on the weekends to different locations that is alot of fun., that's only if we don't have a open house to do that weekend. We work hard for our clients, but enjoy life to the fullest also!

We also feature open houses staffed on most weekends that are convenient to the seller.
For Buyers: We will prequalify you to help in your home search and purchase. We have in-house financing programs available that will match the home of your dreams with the right financing. Your search will begin with an interview to determine your needs and desires. We won't waste your time showing homes that you have no interest in. All homes that fit your requirements in the area that you are interested will be presented to you for your consideration. Convenient appointments will be arranged for your personal evaluation. We will be there for you every step of the process from initial contact, inspection, negotiations, the offer, financing and escrow.
